# Budget allocations — spending targets by category

> Set monthly budget allocations by category in AI2Fin, compare actual spending against your targets in real time, and see where you're tracking ahead or behind at a glance.

Set spending targets for each category and AI2Fin tracks your actual spending against them in real time — so you always know where you're on budget, where you're overspending, and how this month compares to the last.
