AI extraction

AI2Fin reads the email and any PDF or image attachments and extracts the amount, date, merchant, tax, and line items.

Smart matching

The receipt is matched to an existing transaction — or a new expense is created when there’s no match — with category and GST/VAT settings suggested for you.

Attached for audit

The original document is stored against the transaction, so your records are always ready for tax time or an audit.
