Getting Started

Open the Mini App

Search for @ai2fin_bot in Telegram, or open it from a shared link. Tap Start to launch the Mini App.

Link Your Account

If you already have an AI2Fin account, sign in with your email to connect it. All your categories, preferences, and data will sync automatically.New to AI2Fin? You can create an account directly from Telegram.

Start Tracking

Use the quick actions on the dashboard to add your first expense or bill. Everything syncs in real-time with the web app.
Full Sync: Expenses and bills you add in Telegram appear instantly in the web app, and vice versa. Your categories, rules, and preferences carry over automatically.

Adding an Expense

  1. Tap Add Expense from the dashboard or quick actions
  2. Enter the amount
  3. Select a category (your custom categories are available)
  4. Add an optional note or description
  5. Tap Save — done

Pro Tip

The Mini App remembers your most-used categories and shows them first for faster entry.

Managing Bills

View all your upcoming and recurring bills in one place. You can:
  • Add new bills with amount, due date, and recurrence
  • Mark bills as paid directly from the list
  • View bill history to track payment patterns

Dashboard

Your Telegram dashboard gives you a snapshot of your finances:
  • Monthly total — how much you’ve spent this month
  • Category breakdown — where your money is going
